XUP® core exercises are original and unique, you can not do the same effective exercises with an other equipment in the world. Is your target to exercise core so why do not exercise your biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, hips, glut, legs, abs at the same time to make it more effective, time saving and with bigger result. More muscle groups are you using at the same time, the less time you spend by exercising and more effective is your workout.
The session is devided in three series, each series in two rounds. So let's go!
Do you have a back pain. This training session is for everybody who wants to ged rid of back pain, keep back strong, well balanced and straight. Easy fluid exercises can do everyone.
This training is challenging, at a higher pace, complex and for men, who need to exercise total body effectively and intensively in a short time.
This training is targeted at problem zones - abs, hips, glutes, thighs and sagging arms. Most of the XUP exercises are using more muscle groups so your workout will be much more. Exercises are also suitable for men.
