XUP express full body workout is challenging training session for men, who need to exercise total body effectively and intensively in a short time.
This training is divided in two rounds. Both rounds are challenging. The intensity of the training is quite high and somewhere is 30 seconds one of the longest in your life, but the benefits are magnificent and you are completely healthly trained in 15 minutes.
If you can't do it during the set time, believe that you can still last for a while. It also hurt me when I was doing the video. So let´s go.
Do you have a back pain. This training session is for everybody who wants to ged rid of back pain, keep back strong, well balanced and straight. Easy fluid exercises can do everyone.
This session is targeted at core muscles and you will feel very well your chest, biceps, shoulders and legs.
This training is targeted at problem zones - abs, hips, glutes, thighs and sagging arms. Most of the XUP exercises are using more muscle groups so your workout will be much more. Exercises are also suitable for men.
