This training is targeted at problem zones - abs, hips, glutes, thighs and sagging arms. Most of the XUP exercises are using more muscle groups so your workout will be much more effective. Exercises are also suitable for men.
The training session is divided in two parts:
Do you have a back pain. This training session is for everybody who wants to ged rid of back pain, keep back strong, well balanced and straight. Easy fluid exercises can do everyone.
This session is targeted at core muscles and you will feel very well your chest, biceps, shoulders and legs.
This training is challenging, at a higher pace, complex and for men, who need to exercise total body effectively and intensively in a short time.
