How to shop
Shopping at www.xuptrainer.com is very easy.
We would like to offer you a simple guide "how to shop".
Selection of goods
We offer XUpTrainer® on our site, once you have received enough information and you have decided to purchase it, please click the "BUY" button in the top menu.
Adding the goods into the cart
On the "BUY" page, please indicate the required number of pieces and click the "ADD TO CART" button, the goods will be added to the cart and you will be redirected to the SHOPPING CART page.
Shopping cart - Quantity and Discount Code
Once on the shopping cart page, it is possible edit the number of pieces and then insert "DISCOUNT CODE" if you have one. Your discount will appear below the price in the order.
Shopping cart - Shipping and Payment
The transport is preset to the Czech Republic, to ship to another country select the line "Shipping abroad" and select your country for delivery. Products can be delivered worldwide through the EMS service from Czech Post. If the ship to country is not in the list, please contact us and we will arrange delivery options to the specified country.
Note: The delivery country and the country in billing address have to be the same.
The method of payment is preset to "Bank transfer", if you prefer to pay by "Payment card", you can select it in the payment options.
Shopping cart - Contact Details
If you already have a registration, you can log in and the fields will be automatically filled in according to your registration. If you do not have a registration, please fill in all the texts in each box. First you fill in your billing address. You can then fill in your business details if you are shopping for a business. If the delivery address is different from the billing address, then you can click the appropriate box and enter the delivery address.
Note: You have already selected your delivery and billing country in the second step of the shopping cart.
Shopping cart - Order Summary
Please check the completed details and if you are interested in opening an account and accessing the non-public section of the website (VIDEO-MANUAL to XUpTrainer and others), check the box "I want to open an account". To receive information mails and news, check the box "I want to receive notifications ...". You can change, unsubscribe, and cancel your settings at any time. Please read the Bussiness Terms and Conditions and The Data Protection Policy and check both boxes. Click on "CONFIRM AND COMPLETE" to order goods from our e-shop. An order summary will be sent to your email.
Payment
If you have selected a bank transfer payment, you will be redirected to the page with the payment details. At the same time, you will also receive an email with payment details to your email. Once you make payment, the payment will be accepted in 2-3 business days. When the payment is received in our system, an email confirmation with a final invoice will be sent to you.
If you have chosen to pay by card you will be redirected to a page with a link "PAY BY CARD" that will redirect you to a secure payment gateway. Payment by card is possible up to 2,000 EUR. Orders that exceed this amount can be paid only by bank transfer.
If the card payment is successful, you will be redirected to a page informing you that "Payment has been made". You will then receive a confirmation of successful payment and an invoice to your email within a few minutes.
If there is a problem with your credit card payment (eg card authorization) and payment is not completed, you will be redirected to the "Error with your card payment" page. You will receive an email with the possibility to revisit the secure payment gateway and you can realize the payment again.
Once we receive a payment for your order, we will send the goods to your address.
