From the very beginning, we will gradually guide you how and where is the best to use XUpTrainer, so that the exercise brings you the best possible results. Based on our experience, we will teach you how to easily and quickly hang the device, adjust it and use it effectively overall. It's not complicated and you could do it yourself, but why not to have an expert on hand.
A suitable training plan is the key to success and that is why we put a great emphasis on this service. We want you to achieve your goals and be satisfied with the XUpTrainer workout. Through a video call, we will perform a thorough diagnosis of your musculoskeletal system and based on it, we will compile a tailor-made training plan.
From the beginning to the end, we will guide you through a tailor-made training plan. The goal is for you to learn and understand the exercise lesson correctly. If you forget something, you can then easily find each exercise on our website, where we have clearly arranged the entire section of exercises for you so that you can filter the exercises according to muscle parts and XUpTrainer settings.
After two months, we will arrange a consultation again and discuss your questions and progress in the exercise. According to your results, we will recommend further progress in the training and make your training plan more difficult or simpler, so that it would best correspond to your physical condition and goals.
All this is included in the price of the "Online course with a coach LIVE", if you would like the online coaching support and would you like to continue in it, then of course it is possible to agree individually.
